- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Pushed call bell 3 times they just shut it off at nurse's station, no one even came to check on my dad. He ended up getting his pain meds 2 hours later when the nurse was doing her rounds. I asked to see charge nurse 2 hours later asked again she finally came and when I said I'd like to fill out a form for neglect she told me there was a number on the wall in the hallway.March 28, 2017by Matthew Smith
